Day 1: Continued

Our exchange school invited us to attend their graduation ceremony on the night we arrived.
We where still tired from the plane, but it was really nice to experience a different type of graduation.
Instead of many speeches from the students, the principles of the school gave speeches and
some students performed in a band (singing American songs) while members of the student council put on a skit about the teachers for the audience.  Before going to the graduation, we stopped at a shop that sold the famous Döner sandwich.  A Döner is a Turkish sandwich that is similar to our Gyro.

Frau Dill (Gustav-von-Schlör's Vice Principle) welcomed us in her speech at the graduation.
